Last month, Scottish EDGE announced a £1 Million funding increase from Scottish Enterprise and at the Round 13 Final Twenty Four winners reaped the benefits with each taking home up to a six-figure share of the almost £2 million prize pot.

The quality and quantity of exceptional start-up businesses capable of scaling from Scotland has seen Scottish EDGE receive additional funding of £1m from Scottish Enterprise to grow the competition.

Never ones to bow to superstition, Scottish EDGE, the UK’s largest business funding competition, is on the hunt for Scotland’s most innovative entrepreneurs with the launch of ‘Lucky’ Round 13.

Scottish EDGE, Scotland’s leading competition to identify and support the nation’s most promising entrepreneurial talent, is launching a special category award today – the Social Enterprise EDGE (SEE) Award – in partnership with Postcode Innovation Trust to encourage applications from Social Enterprise businesses.
