The finalists, which represent a diverse spectrum of industries from across Scotland, will be given ten minutes each to pitch their company and answer the questions of an expert panel. The businesses’ pitches will also be watched by an audience of over 500 members of the public, investors, business leaders and entrepreneurship supporters.
The Scottish EDGE round nine finalists are:

- Brewgooder Ltd: A social enterprise brewery which donates 100% of its profits to clean water projects around the world.
- Care Sourcer Ltd: The first company in the UK to provide a care matching platform enabling people to source care that meets their needs.
- Dear Green Ltd: First in Scotland to supply exclusively 100% Speciality Grade coffee.
- Estendio: Creators of Present Pal – the first ever presentation support app specific to dyslexic users.
- Kitsch Drinks Ltd: Produces refreshing sodas in innovative flavours like Rhubarb & Thai Basil.
- LMB Enterprise Ltd: Pads that address the global issue of loose fitting shoes.
- McCaffrey Company (Design) Ltd: Specialises in the design of high-quality shoes for city cyclists.
- Mind Mate Ltd: The fastest-growing assistance platform for people affected by dementia.
- Neatebox Ltd: Developed a Pedestrian Crossing app to support people with mobility challenges when crossing roads.
- Property Technology Ltd: Innovative technology which makes viewing and applying for a property easy.
- Qpal Limited: A disruptive cashless payments solution for the live events industry.
- SignLive Ltd: Software which facilitates communication between deaf and hearing people anywhere, anytime, via an app.
- Slim Lizzie Ltd: Slissie – flavoursome electronic anti-snacking device, slimming aid and good eating habit trainer.
- Spyglass Innovations Ltd: Looblade – a re-invention of the toilet brush which utilises SwipeClean technology.
- SunTech UK Ltd ta eFOLDi: An innovate concept of a personal vehicle, which can be easily folded to a trolley or suitcase.
- Swimbeam Training Ltd: Swimbeam Air Trainer – Europe’s only dry-land swim training bench.
- Crossbill Distilling Ltd: Award winning gin producer who make the only Scottish gin using100% Scottish ingredients.
The jam-packed day of pitching, networking and mingling amongst key exhibitors will culminate with the evening awards ceremony – during which we’ll be announcing the winners of the day’s Scottish EDGE pitching rounds and unveiling the prizes across our other three categories; Young EDGE, Wildcard EDGE, and Higgs EDGE.
